Due to the current situation, we are occasionally experiencing delays to our delivery times which means orders may sometimes take longer than the 24-48 hours.
For any orders less than 3 days over your delivery date please use your tracking number to track your parcel online.

While every effort is being made there may be occasions where deliveries are delayed beyond the confirmed delivery dates.
Geographical restrictions still apply – Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, The Isle of Man and certain mainland post codes are excluded from some of our delivery services, please see details below.
The best way to track the progress of your order is to click the tracking link in your despatch email sent shortly after placing your order.

Deliveries are between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday – Saturday.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the courier’s consignment number.
Items which are delivered directly from our approved suppliers are currently not able to be tracked.
Direct dispatch items are only available to Mainland UK only and there are carrier restrictions in place for some locations
Products are sent directly from our suppliers within the number of working days shown in Deliver button. Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept delivery of these products into the store. Our direct products are delivered FREE except where the product carries a minimum order value or quantity
