Our store provides a Click & Collect service with safe contactless collection in store. These measures protect both our colleagues and customers and we ask all customers to kindly respect these safety measures when collecting orders from store.

How it works:
Shop on CA Trade Supplies select your items for Click & Collect.
Select the item/items you wish to order. Our stock availability checker will confirm if your item is available to collect today or collect in 24 – 48 hours.
Email will confirm your order is ready to collect in store before travelling to collect your items
If your Click & Collect order contains items that are available to collect today AND collect within 24 – 48 hour items you will have a split order, therefore you will receive two Emails. The first Email will be on the same day your order is placed to collect the first part of your order. The second Email will be within 24 – 48 hours to collect the remainder of your order

When collecting your items, depending on your method of payment, along with your order number, you will need to bring the following:
Debit/Credit Card Payment
To cancel your Click & Collect order and obtain a refund, please go to the contact us and let us know you want to “Cancel Click and Collect Order”, as soon as the refund has been processed you’ll be sent a refund confirmation via email.
If you don’t collect your order from store, after 5 days the items will be automatically put back to stock, after this time or if at any time you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to either arrange a new order for collection or a full refund.
